So in your mind hamas is the ones using the israeli airforce to drop flyers stating that the area is about to be hit by Israel's artillery, MOABs or White phosphorus?
And the civilians filming with their phones are to blame for the documentation of what happens when their homes are bombed out or when the IDF come through and evict them from their homes under threat of death or worse, being sent to Sde Teiman or in the case of their kids, to the Ofer military detention center for children.

If the goal was to kill as many Palestinians as possible, why would they drop flyers?
No war is justified, that's a very 19th century way of thinking. This is the thinking that leads to atrocities like October 7, which was a genocidal act which you want to pretend was "justified".
A war can be necessary (not justified) in response to a genocidal act to prevent such actions from occurring again. When terrorists take hostages into a city, a ground war in an urban environment becomes necessary. This kind of war will lead to massive civilian casualties. Hamas knew this when they took hostages into Gaza. But an opportunity to create propaganda is more important to Hamas psychopaths than the lives of Palestinians. The success they've had with this propaganda means that in the future they will seek out more opportunities to create scenarios where Palestinians will die.
The Iranian regime that uses Palestinians as cannon fodder to serve their interests will likely continue to do so. Doesn't seem like a regime change will happen there unfortunately. You will continue to promote hatred and "justification" for future genocidal acts by Hamas. Because of these factors, there's a significant probability there will be another Gaza war in around 20 to 30 years, with the same result as this one. But you'll get more photos of dead children to make you feel some righteous hatred. I think that's all you care about. You don't really care about Palestinians enough to try to find a way to peace.

Psychological warfare against civilians and a "well we gave them warning that we were going to bomb the area and that anyone remaining would be deemed an enemy combatant" ethos that the IDF is known for using to justify the wholesale slaughter of civilians.
Following this with "wars are necessary" and tacking on "(not justified)" as if you didn't justify wars by saying that Israel is justified in genociding the palestinians because of what you've been told hamas did on october 7th.

The only remaining land in Gaza that is unoccupied is a strip of seafront 105km², where 2 million people have been kettled into. For comparison that's a quarter of the population of London, condensed into an area thats less than 10% its size.

I'm not doubting they're dropping flyers. I'm asking why a country intent on genocide would ever drop flyers instead of just dropping bombs? Why engage in psychological warfare on people you intend to kill?

In your opinion is this soldier throwing a stun grenade into a civilian's car, then blocking the door to trap everyone inside was hamas's fault, and not more evidence of warcrimes perpetrated by the IDF?
I'm not denying warcrimes aren't happening. It's a war, and these things will happen.
An old guy in my hometown killed a civilian in WWII for no goddamn reason. He wasn't court martialled, just chewed out by his CO, and they moved on. The other old fellas in my town wouldn't talk to him, but no real punishment.

If you had video of all the war crimes from another war and kept watching those videos back to back over and over again, you'd think any war is a genocide.

"It's a war and these things will happen" saying that like bombing refugee tents is a natural thing that "just happens" as if there aren't international laws that state these things should never happen. "Never again" but not if the people are brown.
I am disgusted, this is why I am so vehemently against these things happening, and why I so strongly condemn the acts of this settler colony.
