Similarly positioned 29yr old here, to OP, maybe focus on health(fall in love with the gym), and travel. Exploring a brand new city during times of uncertainty is a pleasant combatant to that feeling of inadequacy. Also enrolling in a new physical discipline that you don't practice but steadily curious about, may help in these scenarios.
Staying busy is the biggest advice though, feeling like " I'm a loser" often comes during times of idleness, never at the time of strenuous physical exertion, or unprecedented achievement, or when you're learning something new. this is all said in respect of the fact that you out earn me hahaha.
This feeling shall pass & I wish you well !
