Those other services are not great but they are at the very least not actively promoting AI-generated child abuse imagery. It's an incredibly low bar, but they do pass it.
Pretty sure Facebook actually does.
But they dont generate it themselves, making twitter uniquely bad
Meta is running ads that promotes child sexual abuse material with actual kids is as low as it gets. It's far worse than any AI slop.
