Ok, firstly, those aren't cities. That's an atoll so those place names are more likely bars. Just so we've got the scale right.
Specifically, that's christmas island - kiritimati is pronunced "kirismas". So that's probably the name of the island in the middle, then the name of the nation ("kiribas") underneath that.
They are cities... It literally takes less than five seconds to open a fucking Maps app and look at it, instead of saying stupid shut online.
The whole island has less than 10k people. They're not cities, they're villages with maybe 1-2 towns. I presumed people would realize the bar comment is comedic hyperbole, alas.
These are actual real villages, not only bars.

Not quite. There are a few Christmas Islands. This one is one of the larger islands of Kiribati, in the mid Pacific. The one with the soldier crabs is an Australian territory in the Indian ocean.
