I know she's an objectively good actor but for some reason she looks like she's always on the verge of a mental breakdown to me so there's this weird disconnect whenever she has a commanding role. My brain just won't suspend my disbelief sometimes.
I kinda still see her as Ella Enchanted, so I have a hard time "placing" her in roles in my head if that makes sense. Like I'll always see her as the girl who has to sing Queen to a bunch of giants(?)
She is very whimsical. Like seeing Ms Rachel in an action film
Now I want someone to edit Ms. Rachel into an Avengers movie or something.
Make her Thanos!
