Exaggeration by Jimmy but Lavines minor shove came when Jimmy had one foot on the ground.

This is why they need to take a page out of the nhl book and call both things. Yes he puts a small bit of force on his hip but Jimmy exaggerates the hell out of it so he should be called for the flopping penalty as well. Start doing that and this stops
