I have developed an app that attracts approximately 300-500 new users per day, with a daily active user base of around 1000. However, despite this growth, I am struggling to generate revenue and cover the ongoing costs associated with the app's maintenance.

Is this app still valuable?

You either:

  1. Spend time figuring out the business model (not easy)
  2. Spend time finding a buyer who thinks it’s worth what you think it’s worth (also not easy)
  3. you shut it down without spending any more time on it. (Easy)

Pick one and go all in.
