Good shit, Although it seems you legitimately did something which is better. As always, can't get a job? Hire yourself. Gotta work the system sometimes instead of just giving up. Also yeah soul proprietor doesn't sound as fancy shmancy as CEO. They legit may not have been aware or understood you had the gumption to do something for yourself.

I would add in the modern context for people here to open a static website, have some social media account attached to the business with some content and that will really help with the legitimacy.
