Does it matter if the object of desire is “real”
People have performed fantasy for ages, this does not need to be about sex. Just because you know superheroes aren’t real doesn’t mean you cant enjoy the movie or low and behold have a wet dream of superman flying holding you in his arms.
People have been thirsting over lara crofts 3d boobs, i am not even gonna get started on japan.
Just that it was entirely expected and probably can be considered normal behaviour for (some) primates including humans to be mesmerised by a digital dream.

Once I'm aware that something is AI-generated, it becomes gross and weird. That's how I feel, but I acknowledge that you might not feel that way.

lol no I was joking, but I did subscribe to this guy specifically because I was curious about the concept, like I read the comments and I can't tell if people are role playing or they actually think it's a real guy (and as I said, it might actually be and I was the actual fool).
