If you've ever been on one you know that even being slightly off center is going to spill you into the water. I doubt a gator could even get on a floaty long ways like that
Also the sliding door that opens directly into the pool.
Honestly that sounds really nice.
It's great until it rains a little too hard, and then you've got pool tea seeping into the carpet.
Or until you need to get out of the pool.

I toured a house that did exactly this. No clue how they got that through code
I bet they added the room as an addition themselves after the pool was already there.
Not in this case, though I have seen that before. They had a super tiny backyard and decided to force a pool to fit.

That and they'd probably slash it open trying.
