On the second night the attendant tried pointing to me my seat. But I cut them off and said: “its ok, this isn’t my first rodeo”

That’s awesome, seeing the PBR show two nights in a row from the same seats should be such a fun experience. I’d also check the Ticketmaster page https://ticketmaster.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html on PissedConsumer, where you can read about buying tickets, finding seats, refunds, exchanges, payments, and ticket delivery if you need advice along the way.
