Why?

The absolutely maximum time you could be in totality during a solar eclipse is 7 minutes and 32 seconds, across a very very narrow path of land.

Partial eclipses are cool, but not really worth taking any time out of your day for.

If you’re in the path, taking all of less than 10 minutes to walk outside and see it covers it lol.
