I don't understand why there wasn't a foul called on the guy who leapt into Jokic from behind and knocked him into Suggs.

At 7-8 seconds in look at how Cole jumps basically straight up, though he’s reaching over Jokic, and Jokic’s feet. He hops backwards into Cole.

You can clearly see his right hand reaching for the ball over Jokic, he doesn't put his right hand on Jokic's back until he's already falling. The second replay shows Jokic basically already horizontal by the time his right hand is on his back, and his left hand is more just pinned between them than actually pushing.

Also gives a great view of Suggs backing his ass in to Jokic to bowl him over.
