CP playing 4D chess right now putting foster and NBA on blast to the point it’s literally unethical to be putting Foster to ref any playoff game CP involved in.
Which quite frankly Foster shouldn’t ref key games if there’s legit history of animosity.

It’s perfectly accepted that stars get game altering calls. NBA closer to WWE than NFL
I feel like a star player could just start a beef with any ref that doesn't give them the whistle they want. Very bad precdent.
That’s exactly how it is right now except the refs can start beefs with star players that get so bad EVERYONE knows about it, but the league does nothing
On the other hand imagine the ratings for a game 7 Chris Paul game reffed by Scott Foster lol
The nba doesn’t give a hoot if they did they would have kicked him out with Tim
The BEST case scenario (from the leagues perspective) is that Scott foster “knows where the bodies are buried” and thus can’t be fired. The WORST case scenario is that you have a clearly biased ref, continuing to be clearly biased, and the league couldn’t give fewer shits.
Either way Scott foster should not be reffing anymore.
Realistically the truth probably lies somewhere in between those two scenarios.
Ikr, people rly think that the refs arent doing what the league office tellls them. Tim got booted because he was doing his own thing.
