So, I’m doing some research for a project in college and I am focusing on amazon music.

• amazon music had a big redesign in 2019 – users have mixed opinions

• amazon music has around 100 million songs and 5 million podcasts to listen to, amazon music live events, exclusive podcasts, desktop and mobile apps, easily connects to devices, pretty similar subscription plans to other music streaming apps

And I’m wondering…

• what is your opinion on amazon music?

• would you say amazon music is "cool" or "trendy" or rather something for a more mature audience?

• how do you like the current design?

• what music streaming platforms are you using if not amazon music?

thanks for the reply! very helpful insight, I have also noticed the image plays an important role too – definitely will mention this part
