It's AI slop.
Good idea, but not worth the risks
"at least partially vibecoded" meanwhile the github repo itself says the entire thing was
hard pass
I've been using Amethyst and have been loving it. It have a very similar interface to MO2
Wow, can this install multiple mods from nexus automatically?
Exactly the same as MO2. Its great. It can even do collections I believe
Aw.
It has an public codebase, so you can review the code yourself if inclined.
"It's open source, you can review the code" has become one of the most annoying thought-terminating clichés. Sure, we could:
Or we could warn others that the owner couldn't be assed to either write the code or review what some LLM farted out, and that neither they nor their code should be trusted.
It's gas station weed. It's a drink from a stranger at a night club who swears there's nothing in it.
Damn, was actually looking forward to trying this.
Especially because it is vibe coded. I wouldn't even do this with every application on every update for a software that is written by good humans. At most for a single application I fall in love with.
