Josh Giddey went to a club and allegedly hooked up with a Junior who is in High school so 16 years old. Allegedly they had a sexual relationship, not sure how long this went on for or how old Giddey was at the time. It doesn't look good for Giddey. Also this took place in Cali which in the state of California the age of consent is 18.

Yeah really not good, if it's true he should be waived by the Thunder. No place for that in the league.

Agreed, but this is also real life, so likely will see a suspension, some bullshit and he will stay in the league because he’s got talent, have to see what nba would do!
