By the end of last year, I was not 100% sold on Hauser as he was shooting horribly and it was his best skill.

He was always decent at defense, but it's so much better this year and he is shooting the lights out.

He's not an all star or 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd option on a contender, but having a high caliber 3&D guy like him off the bench is such a luxury. He would absolutely start for a lot of teams in this league.
