Depends on the state. Some states you can enter clubs with someone 21 or older as a minor, you just get a marker on your hand so bar tenders know you can’t buy alcohol.

You still have to be 18, you just can’t drink if you’re under 21 and they put a marker on your hand so the bartender won’t serve you

Depends on the state and local laws. Also, people get in without being carded all the time at clubs.

How many qualifiers do you need to present before considering maybe he’s not at all “going after” high school sophomores. Maybe he just went to a club like a normal 21 year old looking for girls in a totally normal and acceptable way.
