Started playing Getting over It with Bennett Foddy with my partner - I completed the game a few years ago but it's fun reliving the first time playing in watching (and helping sometimes!) my partner play. Their reactions when seeing stuff for the first time, trying to problem solve how to approach the next area, its awesome. Oh, and they do rock climbing IRL so their commentary is also very interesting too.
