Only shows "Lake America" if you're on USA

Bad faith from google.

Argebtina and chile share a few lakes on the border. On their side they have a name, on our side it has another. Everybody is happy

I don't really see how it's bad faith. It's treated like a difference of language. Google is treating Americans as if they speak a different language than everyone else in the world showing them the name of the place in their language.

They are correctly showing the name lake Ontario to almost everyone else in the world, so I would say that they are doing the right thing.

Nope. Shows me Lake America and I'm in Canada.

I still see Lake Ontario in Canada, both while logged in and in private tab.

Cached Map? Offline Download?

Edit. It depends how I search it in google. If I type Lake Ontario and hit search, I get Lake America.

If I type Lake Ontario and select the suggested Lake in the list, It shows as Lake Ontario.

I was checking from the browser so there isn't any downloaded maps. Using a private window should handle clearing the cache. I tried in a different browser I don't use either and still seeing Ontario.

It is showing Ontario for me in the app as well still but I'm logged in there and I do have saved maps.
