I think Sam Howell is overrated. If he was as good as these talking heads say, Washington would have a winning record, like Stroud with Houston. I see a slightly better version of Jameis Winston, that’s it.

But sure, pay the man, just like the Giants with Danny Dimes. Eagles and Cowboys fans are loving it.
