Shitty Movie Details

Share your favorite movie (and other motion picture media) details, potentially with a shitty twist.

To be clear, this is a place for satirical and meta^2^ references. Not really the actual movie details, unless they're truly stupid or have strong meme potential/background. "Oh hai Mark" kind of stuff. Tho sometimes even these can span a good debate.

For maximum funni, include full name of the movie, its release date and all the detail right in the title of the post.

Try to avoid actual shit and other nasty stuff. Mark nsfw when appropriate.

I did enjoy the new Spider-Man, but I'll admit I couldn't remember where the fuck we are in the timeline or whatever when it started. I definitely saw the relevant previous storylines, but at the beginning of the movie I was like "why doesn't anyone remember who Spider-Man is?"

Almost like movies probably shouldn't be constructed from required-viewing homework from dozens of other movies and TV shows.

all the MCU movies and shows are just promoting the next show or movie since ENDGAME.

The movie starts with a recap flashback thing reminding you of the spell my friend

Yeah that's what I'm talking about. Like I know they explained it, but I was still sitting there thinking "When did that happen? Was it in Spider-Man or some other Marvel thing?" despite the fact that I did watch the previous movie. All the marvel stuff is really starting to bleed together and lose definition in my memory.

they made the MCU, just have crossover after crossover.

Yea that has always bugged me too. That and the constant need to reboot (or now, create an alternative universe?) the same character over and over again.
