There’s a high chance this user was bullshitting, but there was a user in this thread who claimed to know a guy who knows the girl. The user linked screenshots of a text message conversation they had with him, and it seemed to implicate Giddey was getting blackmailed by a small group of people. Then they deleted all of their comments.

Again, this was probably bullshit, but I thought it was worth noting.
