Very odd that there’s been no reporting on this from mainstream sources, no investigation from the league, nothing from ESPN, who definitely do report on the alleged criminal actions of athletes in pro sports

Everyone’s probably a bit gunshy after the Chris Anderson catfishing fiasco. That was a mess so they might be hesitant to report anything until it’s fully confirmed or investigated.

If ESPN talked about this the NBA would burn them to the ground with a thousand cease&desists. And the NBA doesn't want to talk about this either until they have a grasp of what's happening. I assume they have a Karl Malone Protocole in place where if something like this comes up an intern hits a red button and GMs, owners, agents, coaches are being called relentlessly

Nobody credible is touching this with a ten foot pole because right now there is ZERO legitimate evidence other than people speculating about it online

You really don’t see why they would maybe wait before vilifying someone?

News broke out in the middle of the night and today is a holiday, but it'll be interesting to see if there's anything about this tomorrow.
