A place to discuss positive changes that can make work more equitable, and to vent about current practices. We are NOT against work; we just want the fruits of our labor to be recognized better.

- All workers must be paid a living wage for their labor.
- Income inequality is the main cause of lower living standards.

- Better worker representation, including but not limited to unions.
- Better and fewer working hours.
- Stimulating a massive wave of worker organizing in the United States and beyond.
- Organizing and supporting political causes and campaigns that put workers first.

If it generated wealth that workers could share in, then they might like it. But it's not generating wealth for anyone.

This is likely why the Chinese appear to be more positive to AI. They're not forced to use AI for ridiculous tasks and they're not as worried that AI will displace them.

Since China's economy isnt "not in a depression" due to six companies buying shovels for AI slop from each other, there isn't the same rabid propaganda encouraging management to compel the use of it.
Plus China's formally a communist country, meaning they have a welfare system that is less distorted by any desire to torment the poor.
