Their sales strategy is built on their researchers quitting? Like I get the internal tension between biz and engineering but that seems far fetched.
Is that too far removed from reality to imagine given the payout they're trying to get?
Yes it is. I’ve worked in senior leadership teams for years - it’s just not viable to think something like that would stay contained.
