The Thunder organization or NBA have yet to address the situation and he's not injured so currently it looks like he will play. Its probably gonna be a pretty awkward situation though. I wonder if Journalists will bring it up if they have more evidence at practice/press conferences

Depending on the stage, he did nothing legally wrong.

And again, where is the back lash against Kobe for getting a high school junior pregnant? Let's be morally consistent people.
