The Thunder organization or NBA have yet to address the situation and he's not injured so currently it looks like he will play. Its probably gonna be a pretty awkward situation though. I wonder if Journalists will bring it up if they have more evidence at practice/press conferences

Close friend went to jail for a few years for hooking up with a girl who lied about her age. Giddey will be able to settle with the family but if he wasn’t rich he would be screwed
