Runescape made a Trailblazer League. If NBA had such an equivalent, what would it be like? Considering there are ideas about in-season tournaments. What if NBA had this?

Uhh, there already is, OP. They play in Portland. The Portland Trailblazers. or something, I don't really know what you're talking about
