Hi all, I am an Italian fresh NBA supporter!!

I am really fond of the whole NBA show which grabs my attention everyday. Now I would like to route for a team to support: since I am not living in US, and I cannot feel the spirit of the team, I must leverage on different drivers like team history, player attractiveness and super important a bright future ahead.

I would love to receive some insights from you all!!

Would eastern conference make it easier? It’ll be middle of the night either way. Might be easier to wake up real early for west coast games.

As a fellow Italian (Lakers fan) Eastern conference is so much better. Games starting at 00:00 instead of 4:00. Also some weekend games in the evening.

I'm European and I've been a Cavs fan for like 20 years. The amount of Cavs games I watched in eastern arenas vs western arenas is not even close. An ET 7pm game is midnight here, manageable if I'm used to go to bed late, an ET 10pm game starts at 3am and goes all the way to 5am. It's completely unwatchable if you have work or school early the next day.

Even on the weekends it would be hard to catch a lot of games that start at 2 or 3am.
