Firing Saleh would be a massive mistake. He's a great leader of men, loaded with charisma and is a defensive mastermind. Pair him up with a good OC and he'll get it done.

Wouldn't be surprised if they scapegoat him though.

Nah if they fire him he immediately gets hired by a competent organization it might be the best thing to happen to him

At this point, the GM has shown he has no interest in building an actual offense.
