I went from a .4mm nozzle to a .2mm nozzle. When I went back the other way, I forgot to update the nozzle profile and despite cura knowing the line width was .4mm, it extruded as if it was .2mm forcing severe underextrusion until I figured it out...weeks of failed prints later. I rebuilt the printer like 3 times assuming it was physical.
