I hate how the challenge system works now. Stop letting the refs on the floor review things. They take FOREVER. Have off site refs with multiple monitors available. When there is a challenge, load up the footage and let them watch it. Preferably, they don't know which way the original call went. Give them 30 seconds, one minute max to review the different angles and make a call. Whatever the majority of the off site refs say is how the call goes. Move on.
