Does Android blocks hi res audio. (alien.top)

Hi there I just recently found out that Android by default is programed to output 44.1 khz and any file above it like the hi res 94 khz is suppressed and played at 44.1 khz is it true and apple music on Android which is an excellent app for hi res audio not worth it, if so please suggest how to listen to hi rea audio on mobile phone (Android) Thanks for the help.

No human on earth can differentiate anything over 16 bit 44.1khz regardless so it doesn’t really matter. There is absolutely no benefit whatsoever for high res. None.
