The world is so abundant. People know people. Opportunities arise left and right.

However, why is it not more common to hear of luck stories

"Guy gets selected as supplier for a company because he knows the owner"

"Teen finds random stock and makes alot of $"

"Hoodie design just takes off on TikTok without any effort required"

Of course these stories do exist, but why not more often?

I feel like a lot of people don’t recognize many lucky opportunities or don’t act on them. If you’re prepared for it and analyse things then maybe you happen to notice an advertisement for a business that you know you can make yourself better. Or someone mentions knowing somebody and you realise you could start a business together etc. very rare to just stumble into something luckily without putting in the work to notice it and work on it
