Somedays I get so consumed by getting rich that I work all day. I falsely assume that I'll only be able to enjoy life when I have more money

Then I see people around me who have less money than me, enjoying, and I think to myself, I need to seriously take a break

Nothing feels sweeter than having a good day with a friend or meeting your partner. Or even anything else really

What are ways to live life EVERYDAY but also chase your dreams?

Especially when you make content that requires alot of effort spanning hours or days
Do you feel anxious until you actually post?

And this anxiety never goes, because there is always something more to produce

It's very rare for someone to open a dropshipping store, run ads and just have it make profit automatically

Most people have to "break into" the niche. Either through influencer marketing, making their own content and promoting their stuff, affiliate marketing etc

Basically, the main tool to break in would be attention. Getting the attention of the masses via social media

Is there any other way to start a profitable drop shipping store from scratch? Or must the niche be broken into by gathering attention

Other than more lucky things like having the right connections

  1. Looking back at the progress I've made is very important. Hard to see progress in the present. We have to look back at ourselves
  2. We have to accept that hard work isn't just what immediately gets us money - it includes all of the boring, tedious, and questionable tasks. Moments where we ask ourselves: "What the h am I doing?!"
  3. Realizing that most people don't try. If we try, we now have to compete with those who try, so let's try harder and harder. Eventually our competition gets smaller and smaller, and then we can keep trying
  4. Realizing it's 2023, and most people have access to abundance like never before. So we better take the opportunity. A quote from Breaking Bad: "Make hay while the sun is shining"

I hope this helps :)

So let's say we have an industry with jobs that pay very little, and those that pay alot. Most of us can get those lower paying jobs, and some of us get the higher paying ones, and very few of us get the highest paying ones.

Now if we want to start our own business in an industry that has a monopoly in the market, is it as easy as getting a low paying job? For example, there is a monopoly of cell phones by Apple. Can we just open a cell phone company and earn a very little amount of profit? Or would we most likely be in the red?

For a job, we can grab the low paying ones, and technically be in profit. However, for a business competing against a monopoly, are most of us likely to go into the red or be able to make minimum profit?

Which raises one more question: If we don't offer anything special (marketing, pricing, product, social currency), then theoretically why would someone choose us over the already established and trusted monopoly?

Do most of us truly have to offer something unique?

This makes sense, thank you

And where does the abundance of the world come into play? Why is it so hard for the average person to stumble upon abundance?

And yes, I agree, we all have to fight for our spot

The world is so abundant. People know people. Opportunities arise left and right.

However, why is it not more common to hear of luck stories

"Guy gets selected as supplier for a company because he knows the owner"

"Teen finds random stock and makes alot of $"

"Hoodie design just takes off on TikTok without any effort required"

Of course these stories do exist, but why not more often?

I see, thank you!

For self publishing, do you have to make the physical books?

Any advice based on my latest post:

Yes they are VERY engaged, but they never bought my merch, so I am thinking maybe they won't buy my comics

I am interested in making and selling comic books - advertising them through social media

#1 Is it possible to do this digitally?

#2 Are there companies who I just fill out templates for and they build me physical comic books? And then dropship them for me?

#3 How profitable can comic books be if my audience is engaged in my regular animated story content? (Preteens, teens and early 20s are my main audience)

Thank you
