Not sure what you want the NBA to do about a team intentionally fouling players to try and extend the game and maybe send it to OT.
Give him technicals for foul baiting.
For a big strong guy, he falls a lot. Yes he gets fouled a lot because he's so strong in the paint and it'll be free basker. But also yes he foul baits and falls over a lot for the strongest guy on the court.

And giannis and jokic would get more calls if they were floppy as well. But they don't they'd rather just play through strength, skill and basketball iq.
