I actually hope my team does not make it to the elimination tournament. I also think it is silly for teams to try to run up the score of a finished game. Wait til a star gets injured during garbage time trying to run up the score.

that means that your team is probably not doing good in the regular season. that isnt good. you are supposed to do good in the regular season.
