This is so detrimental to the product and NBA are dumb as fuck for not addressing these refs.

Sure, if you hang and are demonstrative by pumping your dick two times in a guys face, tech.

But man, my casual friends think this is the dumbest shit in the world when a foul like this confuses the fuck out of them. It turns people away.
