Why is nobody on OKC outright denying the Josh Giddey allegations? (alien.top)

I saw the OKC coach say "no comment" on the situation instead of outright denying it which really confuses me as to why?

I'm not up to date with the evidence but I'm seeing people here say the allegations are ridiculous and there's zero proof. So why the hush hush, what "legal reason" is there if this is all a bunch of nothing?

It likely is true but they are trying to find out if:

It can actually be proven
If anyone is going to push for charges

If not, it’ll be swept under the rug
