I saw the OKC coach say "no comment" on the situation instead of outright denying it which really confuses me as to why?

I'm not up to date with the evidence but I'm seeing people here say the allegations are ridiculous and there's zero proof. So why the hush hush, what "legal reason" is there if this is all a bunch of nothing?

It’s just better for everyone to not say anything because no one really knows whether he is guilty or not. Yeah they’re teammates but I’m sure these guys don’t know if this stuff is true or not
