Excluding Canada which basically has the same development system as America, why is the rest of the world not producing any good guards? All the good international players are 6'8+. Luka, Jokic, Giannis, Embiid, Siakam, Sabonis, Markannen, Porzingis, Sengun, Gobert etc. Meanwhile who is the best small international player? Dennis Schroder? Kind of an interesting discrepancy

Campazzo, Rubio, Sergio Rodríguez… they exists. Jasickevicious, Djorjevic… they had always existed.

For example, Calderon to get a good NBA career had to become one of the best assist to turnover ratio player, and one of the best shooters in the league (plus an amazing team builder in and out the court).

He was asking for good players. Did you see the players he listed, the only one that you mention that even comes close is prime Ricky Rubio.
