I feel like we have some fundamental value differences so when I find someone who’s like me, I get really happy.

How do I find them?

In hostels 99% of people are actively into drinking

Who cares if you don’t drink alcohol. There are loads of non alcoholic beers out there. Just see how you go talking to whoever you like in your natural sober state and the likeminded souls will soon gravitate to your non-intoxicated personality. Good luck fellow traveler, stay confident and awesome in your sober state, there is a lot of world out there to remember that many people will unfortunately forget!
