Raiders will obviously fire him for someone worse just like they did with Bisaccia

You're welcome to hire Bisaccia as your head coach if you want him.

Bisaccia was not the right choice. That was a magical comeback season but there's a reason he went right back to being an obscure special teams coach.

Pierce on the other hand I could see being hired if we finish the season decently.
