Personally, I'd say:

PG: LeBron - basically a better Magic SG: Mike - obviously SF: Bird - one of a kind combo of scoring, hustle, team play, and making all the in between plays PF: Timmy - best team player ever while dominant both ways C: Olajuwon - better spacing than Shaq with incredible defense and scoring dominance.

Duncan isn't a fit at 4. You've already got MJ and Hakeem that can't stretch a defense. Way to compressed with Timmy.
