Passing at the level of being able to run an NBA offense at a high level isn't something that can be developed from scratch. There's a point where it's just not happening and I'm afraid to say Sochan at PG is really trending towards that case.

Sochan isn't a PG in the long term and was never intended to, they are doing it to develop his secondary passing skills, when the Spurs will eventually draft a PG he will come back at his role but with improved passing skills and feeling of the game.

I understand this is what they’re doing and I support it long term. But, man is it hard to watch how terrible Spurs are this season. Especially knowing they could play better if they give up on the experimental lineups.

I have faith it’ll all be worth it. You kind of have to at this point since it’s clear Spurs are committed to this strategy.
