Hello -

I want to start a business but use TikTok and most likely instagram to eventually market my workout guides.

I’m a woman that built her figure through weight lifting however I’m a bit camera shy. I want to get over that try to make content that’s gonna help women that are afraid to workout & join a gym to want to workout instead of getting on a table and cutting themselves up.

How does one aesthetically do this?

What’s a variety I can do?

The plan I had sounded lame, but I was gonna make at least 3 posts a week:

  1. Motivation Mantra Mondays - I can discuss mental health and overcoming barriers that’s preventing you from being the best version of you

  2. Take it the Top Tuesdays - upper body related workout filming

  3. Wagon Wednesdays - I explain glute building/ lower workouts and proper form

  4. Thick & fit Thursdays - A Hiit/Agility/Cardio day filming where I offer various cardio workouts that are fun and different to help people with their deficit or body recomp

  5. Fit Essentials Friday - going over supplements, workout clothes & additional workout equipment that can help accelerate your process

  6. Savory Sundays - Meal tips

(If it sounds bad, please let me know)

The goal is to create PDF ebooks and eventually sell my own equipment and clothing line later internationally.

The only way to get over this is to just start. They may suck but just start! You could probably do with a better lighting setup, or a better filming setup, or a better plan for a script, or a better editing setup etc etc etc.

Just start! Even if what you first make never sees the light of day, just start!

P.S. Did I mention...just start?!
