The other loss was to the Dolphins as well. I like Pierce but he's been outmatched at HC and his in-game decisions and management have been very questionable. He's learning on the fly so that's to be expected. Theoretically he would continue to learn the in game nuances a HC needs to know in the offseason and with further experience.

I'd say the only real coach I have I'd hire above him would be Ben Johnson of the Lions, if we can't snag him I hire Pierce full time.
