You could hang onto the idea of slow living.
Create content around serenity. Approaching any influencer who lives at least 1-2 hrs away and invite them over. Give them good hospitality and ask them to emphasis on the culture/vibe that you offer at your farm.
If there is any vegetable plantation, go for a foodblogger or recipe developer who travels too. That'd come and cook something at your farm, create slow, moody reels and post.
You can use that content to run ads and get published in local magazines etc for more coverage.
Dont sell your farm, sell the old-age, wholesome vibe that it offers.
